3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, features, compatibility information, accessories, and other information accurately.
However, minor variations may occur due to:
- Manufacturing updates
- Software updates
- Display settings
- Regional configuration
- Packaging changes

Material product characteristics shown on the product page will apply to your purchase.
If a product received is materially different from the product ordered, please contact us immediately.
4. MOTEXA MXD-10 Pro
The MOTEXA MXD-10 Pro is an automotive diagnostic device intended for vehicle diagnostics, maintenance support, fault identification, supported service functions, and other functions described on the applicable product page.
Certain functions may depend on:
- Vehicle manufacturer
- Vehicle model
- Model year
- Engine or drivetrain configuration
- Vehicle control modules
- Regional vehicle version
- Software version
- Network protocol
- Manufacturer security restrictions
A feature shown as supported generally does not mean that every feature is available on every vehicle.
Customers should review vehicle compatibility information before purchase where compatibility is important to their intended use.
5. Professional and Responsible Use
Automotive diagnostic tools should be used carefully and responsibly.
Some diagnostic, coding, adaptation, active-test, or programming functions may affect vehicle settings or electronic control systems.
You are responsible for:
- Following applicable vehicle manufacturer procedures
- Maintaining adequate vehicle battery voltage when required
- Using compatible cables and adapters
- Avoiding interruption during programming or coding
- Creating backups where supported and appropriate
- Using the product only for lawful diagnostic and repair purposes
The product must not be used to unlawfully disable, defeat, circumvent, or interfere with legally required emissions, safety, security, anti-theft, odometer, or regulatory systems.
Where a procedure requires professional knowledge, we recommend that it be carried out by a qualified automotive technician.
6. Vehicle Compatibility
We aim to provide broad vehicle coverage, but compatibility may vary.
Before purchasing, customers may contact us if they need confirmation regarding a specific:
- Brand
- Model
- Year
- Engine
- Function
- Diagnostic protocol
Software support may change as vehicle manufacturers update their systems.
Compatibility information is provided in good faith based on currently available product information.
7. Prices
All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the relevant market.
Our current supported market currencies include:
- Germany — EUR
- Spain — EUR
- Slovakia — EUR
- Croatia — EUR
- Czechia — CZK
- Hungary — HUF
The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to your order unless a clear error has occurred.
Where we state that taxes, duties, standard shipping, or Cash on Delivery charges are included, customers will not be required to pay undisclosed mandatory charges relating to those items.
Google requires merchants to clearly disclose the full cost and payment conditions before purchase. Google 帮助
8. Taxes, VAT, Customs Duties and Fees
For markets where the Website states that the price includes taxes and import-related charges, the displayed order price includes the applicable:
- VAT
- Customs duties
- Standard delivery charges
- Cash on Delivery fees
There should be no undisclosed mandatory charges collected from the customer at delivery.
If a courier requests an unexpected charge that was not disclosed during checkout, please contact us before making the payment where reasonably possible.
9. Cash on Delivery
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in supported markets.
No advance payment is required for a valid COD order unless otherwise clearly stated before checkout.
The customer agrees to pay the confirmed order amount when the parcel is delivered.
Customers must provide:
- Correct delivery information
- A valid telephone number
- Reasonable availability for delivery
Cash on Delivery is considered a valid payment method for an online store under Merchant Center requirements where the purchase can be completed through a secure checkout. Google 帮助
10. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you may receive an electronic order confirmation.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has already been shipped.
A binding sales contract is formed in accordance with applicable law when we accept and process the order for fulfillment.
For EU distance contracts, required contractual information must be provided to consumers in a durable format such as email no later than delivery. European Union
11. Order Verification
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact the customer to verify:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Order contents
- Delivery availability
Verification is intended to reduce delivery errors and fraudulent orders.
We will not ask customers for online banking passwords, PINs, CVV/CVC codes, or unnecessary financial credentials.
12. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel eligible unshipped orders.
Our online cancellation window may allow cancellation within 1 hour after placing the order.
If you request cancellation after this period but before shipment, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.
Once an order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be technically possible. Customers may instead exercise applicable return or statutory withdrawal rights after delivery.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law.
13. Shipping
We currently provide free standard shipping to supported sales countries.
Our current supported markets include:
- Germany
- Spain
- Slovakia
- Croatia
- Czechia
- Hungary
Orders are generally processed on business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday.
Saturday, Sunday, and applicable public holidays are not regular processing days.
Estimated delivery is generally approximately 7–15 business days, unless a different estimate is clearly shown on the product page or at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please review our separate Shipping Policy for full delivery information.
14. Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please ensure that:
- Street name is correct
- Building or apartment number is included where applicable
- Postal code is correct
- Telephone number is reachable
If delivery cannot be completed because customer-provided information is materially incorrect or incomplete, please contact us so we can determine whether redelivery is possible.
15. Risk of Loss
For consumer purchases, risk relating to the goods transfers in accordance with applicable consumer law.
For EU consumers, mandatory consumer rules governing delivery and transfer of risk will apply regardless of any conflicting wording in these Terms.
16. Inspection After Delivery
Please inspect the product after receiving it.
If the product:
- Is damaged
- Is defective
- Is incomplete
- Is the wrong item
- Is materially different from the order
please contact our customer service team as soon as reasonably possible.
Providing photographs of the product and packaging may help us investigate shipping damage or fulfillment errors.
17. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
The return period begins when the applicable product has been delivered, or where an order is delivered in separate shipments, when the last relevant product has been delivered.
Our return policy covers both defective items and general returns such as change-of-mind returns, subject to the applicable conditions.
Google Merchant Center requires return policies to clearly state the return period, method, fees and refund procedure. Google 帮助
18. EU Right of Withdrawal
Consumers located in the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within at least 14 days after delivery, without needing to provide a reason.
Our 30-day commercial return policy provides a longer period and does not reduce statutory EU withdrawal rights.
If mandatory consumer law provides you with more favorable rights than these Terms, the mandatory consumer law applies. European Union
19. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind or voluntary returns unrelated to a product defect, shipping damage or our fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless applicable law provides otherwise.
For products that are:
- Defective
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrectly supplied
- Materially non-conforming
we will bear reasonable return shipping costs where required under applicable law or our published Return and Refund Policy.
There is currently no restocking fee.
20. Refunds
Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
If mandatory consumer law requires reimbursement sooner, the statutory deadline will apply.
For statutory EU withdrawals, reimbursement will be provided within the legally required period, subject to any lawful right to withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or evidence of return shipment is provided.
21. Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery refunds are processed by bank transfer.
After a return has been received and approved, we may securely request the bank information reasonably necessary to issue the refund.
We will not request:
- Bank card PIN
- CVV/CVC
- Online banking password
- Account login credentials
Customers should never send such information by email.
22. Statutory Legal Guarantee
EU consumers benefit from mandatory legal rights where consumer goods are defective or do not conform to the sales contract.
EU consumers generally benefit from at least a two-year legal guarantee for consumer goods.
Any commercial warranty or warranty card supplied with the MOTEXA MXD-10 Pro is additional to statutory consumer rights and does not replace or restrict them.
The EU harmonised legal guarantee notice becomes mandatory from 27 September 2026, so you should also add that notice separately to your store before that date. European Union
23. Commercial Warranty
Where the MOTEXA MXD-10 Pro includes a commercial warranty card, the applicable warranty conditions are provided with the product or made available separately.
A commercial warranty is voluntary and is additional to statutory rights.
If commercial warranty terms conflict with mandatory consumer law, mandatory consumer law prevails.
24. Software and Updates
The MOTEXA MXD-10 Pro may include software, firmware or downloadable updates.
Availability, frequency and content of updates may vary by product version, market and vehicle coverage.
Software updates may:
- Add supported vehicles
- Improve compatibility
- Fix software issues
- Improve diagnostic functions
- Add or modify features
Unless expressly stated otherwise, software availability is subject to technical feasibility and applicable product terms.
25. Software Licences
Software supplied with the product is licensed, not sold, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Customers may not, except where permitted by law:
- Copy software for unauthorized distribution
- Sell unauthorized software copies
- Circumvent software access restrictions
- Modify software for unlawful purposes

We aim to keep product and business information accurate.
We may correct:
- Typographical errors
- Incorrect technical descriptions

If a material error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding where required.
We will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without customer consent.

If any amount has already been paid, it will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
For COD orders, no payment will be collected for a properly cancelled order.

40. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as:
- Natural disasters

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
This provision does not limit mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery or refunds.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will apply prospectively from the date the updated Terms are published, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Terms applicable to an existing order will not be changed retroactively in a way that unlawfully reduces customer rights.
